Refilling prescriptions
- Is it automatic?
Since your doctor or primary care physician can change your medication,
we do not ship out medications unless the customer (or their caregiver)
has requested for them to be refilled. Refilling your medication
is as easy as calling us over the phone at 1-866-370-4887 and
asking for a refill.
We Do Not Ship Controlled Substances
Due to the nature of controlled substances, we advise our customers
to fill their controlled substance prescriptions at their local
pharmacy. We no longer ship scheduled drugs because of increased
processing time and customer safety and security.
