Nonprescription Items
All non-prescription items are returnable within 30 days of receiving
your nonprescription order if all of the following are true:
- The item is in new condition with original packaging
- Item was received damaged or defective
- The incorrect item was shipped.
We also provide free return shipping if your return is the result
of our error. We do not accept returns of opened items or items
returned more than 30 days after delivery.
